I am beyond excited to announce that award-winning photographer Marc Rassel and I will be offering PNW workshops in the summer of 2025! We will be leading a small group of photographers through various locations in western Washington and Oregon to capture the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I am. your trusted tour guide, while Marc will share his expertise in photography. With extensive experience in leading workshops worldwide, Marc has an exceptional understanding of cameras, photography, and editing.
PNW Photography workshops with Marc Rassel & Aimee Danielson
Join us as we visit some of our favorite places on the Oregon/Washington coast. We will be exploring amazing and beautiful locations with a focus on daytime photography, with the possibility of Dark Sky Photography.
Although our schedule is flexible and weather-dependent, here are some of the locations on our list:
Cape Disappointment
Multnomah falls
Lighthouse's
Cannon Beach / Haystack Rock
Shipwreck of Peter Iredale
Possible Milky Way and bioluminescence options if weather permits
Our workshops will be flexible, depending on the weather, and we will adjust accordingly.
June 25 - 30 2025
Oregon / Washington Coast
Join us as we visit the Olympic National Park. We will be exploring amazing and beautiful locations with a focus on daytime photography, with the possibility of Dark Sky Photography.

Olympic National Park
Marc is a award-winning and exhibiting landscape and night sky photographer, whose Milky Way photography has been featured in national juried shows across the United States. I have traveled to and photographed many locations around the world both professionally and personally, and have extensive experience photographing landscapes and the wonders of the night sky in a wide variety of locations and conditions.

Meet Marc
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for almost 20 years, and during that time, my love of nature and adventures inspired me to explore the upper left so much that I naturally slid into this tour guide role.
My knowledge of the PNW really comes in handy as I team up with Marc as I start hosting PNW photography retreats!
As Marc and I team up to plan these amazing retreats, you get the best of both worlds: an expert guide in the Pacific Northwest and a Professional workshop photographer who can teach you everything you need to know to make the experience as magical as possible!
