I love the Pacific Northwest! I love the summer months of exploring every part of it. Most summers, you will find me running around Washington or Oregon, camping, paddle boarding, or taking photos! After spending 20 exploring the PNW, I started a blog and now I am taking it up a notch and playing tour guide. Now I am partnering up with Marc to host photography workshops in the PNW!
Photography Workshop Partnerships
Through my job as a Fairbanks Aurora tour guide, I met Marc through mutual friends, and now we are planning our first PNW photography workshop! I know the Pacific Northwest like the back of my hand, and he is a professional photographer who does worldwide workshops. We are a good fit for putting together the most epic Photography Workshops!
I am excited to team up with Marc and run around the Pacific Northwest, showing people how to capture the beauty of the upper left. I am essentially the tour guide, while Marc is the expert photographer. He has been conducting worldwide workshops for years and has vast knowledge of cameras, photography, and editing.
After adventuring the PNW, my love of nature and adventures inspired me to explore the upper left so much that I naturally slid into this tour guide role.
My knowledge of the PNW really comes in handy as I team up with a professional photographer as I start hosting PNW photography workshops!
As Marc and I team up to plan these amazing retreats, it is a perfect fit. I am the expert guide in the Pacific Northwest and Marc is the professional photography workshop photographer. You get the best of both worlds! We will show you the beauty of the PNW and teach you everything you need to know to make the experience as magical as possible!
Summer of 2024 itinerary
We will be going to some amazing and beautiful places and taking daytime photography around the coast.
- Cape Disappointment
- Shipwreck of Peter Iredale (with possible Milky Way and bioluminescence options if weather permits)
- Multnomah falls
- Lighthouse shots
- Cannon Beach / Haystack Rock (with possible Milky Way and bioluminescence options if weather permits)
Our workshops will be flexible, depending on the weather, and we will adjust accordingly.
Meet Marc – the professional workshop photographer
Marc is an award-winning and exhibiting landscape and night sky photographer whose Milky Way photography has been featured in national juried shows across the United States. Marc has traveled to and photographed many locations worldwide, both professionally and personally. He has extensive experience photographing landscapes and the wonders of the night sky in a wide variety of locations and conditions.
This year Marc was awarded Milky Way photographer of the year – which is amazing 🙂
